Refunds are applicable only for unused hardware returned in original condition with its original packing within 7 days of purchase.
Subscription-based services (e.g., cloud PBX, contact center solutions) are non-refundable once activated. Customers should refer to the separate agreement signed at the time of purchase, which outlines the refund terms applicable to their service.
2. Hardware Returns & Refunds
- Customers must return hardware in its original packaging with all accessories.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply for opened items.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
